How do I buy the products I’m interested in?

Buying from www.audioqualitylab.com is easy and fast. Click on the product you like the most. This will take you to the product page containing detailed information about the product. To add the item to your shopping cart, click the “Add to cart” button; from there you may decide to complete your purchase by clicking the “proceed to checkout” button or continue to shop for other products by clicking “continue shopping”. If you decide to continue shopping, cart contents and subtotal will be kept in view. Once you finish shopping, proceed to order by clicking 'Proceed to checkout’. Remember that on the first page of the cart you can change the number of items you want to buy or remove them. If, instead, you want to finalize your purchase, log in if you’re a registered customer or create an account. You can also finalize your purchase without registration. You will be prompted to choose a shipping and bill address. Next, you will be asked to choose from the available payment methods (credit card, Paypal). You can then move on to select the type of delivery you prefer. Please note that with www.audioqualitylab.com your payment is completely secure. Not at all! You can put and remove as many items in your cart as you like and then decide not to finalize the order.

 

What’s a promo code and how does it work?

A 'promo code' is a discount coupon code given to you to take advantage of special offers. We inform you how to obtain this code in our Newsletters during special events. If you have one, simply enter the code in the relevant field in the order finalization page; the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically.

 

When is the purchase procedure complete?

After you have entered the required payment details, you will be directed to the order confirmation page containing the number and date of the order. A thank you message at the centre of the page will confirm that your purchase was completed correctly. You will then receive an e-mail with the details of your order and confirmation it was received correctly. If you don’t receive a message within 24 hours, please write to our customer care

How do I register?

To register, simply type in the required information at the following link and choose a password. Registration is easy and free. As a registered user, you can add your favourite products to your Wish List and have access to your order and return/refund information.

 

Do I have to register to buy from your shop?

No. You don’t have to register to buy from our shop but you won’t be able to view your orders in your private area.

 

I forgot my password. What should I do?

How do I edit my account details?

To edit your account details, you need to access your profile by logging in with your e-mail address and password. Then select the "Account Dashboard" and the “Edit” option for the data you want to update (“Account Information”, “Newsletter Registration”, “Address Book”).

Can I edit or cancel the order?

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, log into your Account; you will get the information you need under “My orders”. Remember that our Customer Care team will be happy to provide you with additional information.

 

How can I track my order?

When the order ships, you will receive an e-mail from us with a link to track the shipment.

Can I return items to a physical store?

No. In no case whatsoever are items to be returned to physical stores.

How can I exchange my purchase?

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with you purchase and you wish to exchange it, you need to return the product and we will refund the amount paid to the account you used for the transaction. To return your purchase, please follow the instructions on our Returns page

 

How long does it take to receive the refund?

You will receive the refund for your returned items in the shortest time possible and no later than fourteen days after the goods are delivered to our warehouse. Please remember that it could take up to seven business days to complete the refund, depending on your bank’s processing times.

 

How will I be refunded?

Returned items are refunded on the account you used to make the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, Paypal)
