Products and assistance

How do I know if the product I want to buy is compatible with my phone?

All the compatibility information is available on the page of the product you want to buy, just search for your brand and model in the relative section.

I lost the instructions. Can you help me?

Yes! Sometimes the instructions are available for download from the product page on our website so be sure to check there first. Otherwise, reach out to our team at Cellularline.

I bought a Bluetooth product but my phone is not detecting the device when I launch the search. Why?

Pairing mode has to be turned on otherwise you won’t be able to connect the device. We suggest you repeat the pairing procedure according to the instructions in the manual.

I have a new phone and it isn’t detecting the device. Why?

We suggest you follow the instructions in the manual to pair the two devices. In particular, you need to make sure: - you turn off/disable the Bluetooth on your old phone; - disable the Bluetooth on your new phone and re-enable it only after you set it to “pairing” mode

I bought a Bluetooth device, paired it with my phone and can answer calls, but I can’t hear the person calling and they can’t hear me. Why?

If you can’t hear the person calling, make sure the “earphone” audio output is set on your phone. If the issue persists, visit the retailer where you purchased your product, or reach out to our Customer Care by accessing the following Contact Form if you made your purchase on www.cellularline.com

The audio volume on my Bluetooth device is low. What should I do?

First, make sure you increased the volume on both your phone and Bluetooth device. If the volume on the product is set to the maximum level and you still can barely hear the person on the other end, your earphone could be defective and therefore qualify for coverage under the warranty.

The person on the other end can barely hear my voice. Can I increase the volume?

Volume settings are standard and cannot be adjusted. We suggest blowing inside the microphone hole to remove any dust build-up that could be obstructing it.

I checked the instructions to find out what the maximum range was for my Bluetooth device. How come I’m noticing a much shorter range? Why am I losing the connection even though I’m closer to my phone than the specified range?

The operation range refers to connection with no obstructions between the Bluetooth device and smartphone. Barriers (walls, objects, glass, etc.), but also keeping the phone in your pocket, can affect the maximum range as well as the stability of the signal.
